when I click on the "email" icon in MS Word 2003, there is no "Send to" shown so that I can send the email.

There is in word 2000 & works.

Can you help how to find it please? nick

I don't use Outlook, but it seems Outlook Express will do; it all works for me using OE. :)

there should be a send to -> mail recipient button that's linked to outlook 2k3 (at least it is on mine??)

try doing a add/remove or a repair installation and see if it's a component you can select. It's added by default on my office installations, so I don't know why it wouldn't be showing up for you

There is a "mail recipient" button, but when word opens up to it there is no "send to", or "send a copy" like in my word 2000, either as an icon or in the menus and cunnot find one in the toolbar's options or customise. thanx nick
