i just got this game and i love it, i kno it looks kinda crap on the outside but the gameplay is unbelieveable, its the only game i have wanted to see through since i played half-life, i really recommend it

i got bored off rtcw, i got so far and it just got boring, i havent play SS multiplayer yet, ive been to busy with the single player, but i think it will prolly be very fast and hectis
RTCW is awful in my perspective, nothing important or relative to the titles that came before it. Its a discrase in a WOLF series. I am really disaponted witht he new WOLF. Yah the graphics are nice and its woooo and ahhhh and evrything, but its not WOLF, so boooo! Greatly disaponted, very very sad Serious Sam on the other hand, is a pure fun game, instant action get down and dirty kinda rumble, fast FPS, nice graphics and SS2 is promisng to be that and much more, wo w00t
i couldnt agree more, when i heard about RTCW i thought this will be good after id played before, then to my shock and horror to find that you spent no more than 10 minutes in the castle at the start of the game just p***ed me off, sure its a good game, but i think the developers are just using the name to sell the game
No you got that wrong. SS looks great on the outside, the gfx are amazing and it runs smoothly. Where it goes downhill is on the GAMEPLAY. Or what IT calls gameplay, it's boring, easy and linear. Even on the hardest mode it's still mind numbingly boring. The only thing that kept me playing after a few minutes was the looks of the game But that's only my opinion. People don't take any note of it so don't bother to try taking any note of it this time.
Hey ViViD, i got that game for a tenner quite a while ago and it simply rocks! a lil short but still great fun no matter how much u play it, thanks loads for reminding me i hadnt even tried multiplayer! as soon as i read this thread i rushed off and d/led the SS patch and fired her up, multiplayer is absolutly great! u can't miss it!
Gfx/sound are excellent - Quake 1 style gameplay, buttons, lots of shooting repetitive monsters, however it is a good game for a bout a week or so...
