HTPC Should I (do I need to) upgrade my computer?

Fair enough haha. How big are the 4830's? Are they more along the small/medium size?

 

If they're using the reference PCB layout it shoud be the same as a HD4850 (it's practically the same graphics card).

 

Anyone know if they will fit in most htpc cases? such as this

I'd say it should fit in that case, since a stock HD4830/50 has a length of approx. 24 cm (9.2"). The Silverstone LC13-E is approx. 43 cm (17") deep and the add-in card area is located across the middle drive bay. The only problem could be the support strut.
