Im getting bored of waiting for the cash to buy some new stuff so Im wondering whether try try clocking this chip now.

    AMD Athlon 2600 XP TB
    512 DDR PC2700 Twinmos
    Abit-NF7 v2.0 nF2

    400w PSU

    WaterChilled

Should I raise the FSB by 1 now to see if it boots and see how far i can get?

Go ahead and push up the system and see what you can do-you probably wont be able to squeeze out that much more performance out of the system using only PC 2700 RAM, but you should get at least a slight performance boost. :)

The worst that can happen is the system will crash, just reset the CMOS and try again.

    Go for it dude :thumb:
