    Once i have found a nice CPU to go in my shuttle i will be more than happy to post a nice pic of it, so give me a week and it will be up and ready

    See the Shuttle fits almost perfectly in with my Hifi... nice ;)

    SN41G2
    2500+
    1GB Crucial (2x512MB)
    120GB Maxtor DM+9 (8MB Cache)
    Samsung SM348B CDRW/DVD
    Radeon 9200

    Current Mods:
    Zalman Passive Cooling on NorthBridge
    Stealthed CDRW/Floppy
    Rear Grill removed
    Rear fan now an 120mm Everycool Fan using adaptor and running low speed.
    Quiet 40mm Fan in PSU

    Coming soon:
    Side Window.
    Case Lighting
    Watercooling, prob Thermaltake Aquarius II :D
    Radeon 9800 Pro (with Xice block)
    Front LED's changed:
    • Power LED (Lighted Power button ring)
    • HDD LED (Lighted Reset button ring)
    • CDRW/DVD Status LED
    • Pump Status LED

    Nice setup there Atomic :thumb:

    Ever thought of modding the Shuttle's front panel to blend in more with the hi-fi? Maybe incorporating a black stripe across it somewhere, and making it a bit more silvery in colour (in the picture it looks turquoisey).

    Then it would really kick ass :baby:

    I've thought about that, but the stripe would either have to cut through the floppy cover or not lineup with the hifi stripe... eithre way would look a bit silly.

    It matches the hifi pretty well, the blue power LED with my camera makes it look more blue than it really is.

    ofc forgot the specs :

    axp2500 @ 3200 (200x11 @ 1.700v)
    Gf4 ti4400 @ 300/660
    786mb DDR333 generic crappy ram
    40gb WD HDD
    Lite-On CD-RW
    Stock 200W PSU
    4 80mm Blue LED Akasa fans in various places (2 runnin the ice, 1 in blowhole 1 inside)
    Video7 L17PS 14ms TFT (great tft for the price - £281 + shipping)

    temps are 38c cpu 33c case idle - 42c cpu 34c case load (depending on room temp ofc)

    when i get more cash together the 4400, ram and hdd are being replaced with a 9800pro, 1gb corsair dual channel, and a larger drive. also a black Mesh window case (gotta redo blowhole :( ) and the 250w PSU will be needed i think.

    was also thinking of ditching the original shuttle case alltogether and making a new case in acrylic, same dimensions as the stock case just totally acrylic. with cables tidyed up with the flexible shower hosing or steal braids ( orac3 stylee ;) ) and lighting the case up better. prolly gonna be my project over the summer ready for i21 or i22.

    That 3.5 screen is awesome! I'd like to do the same to my SN45G. Can you post some directions on what parts you used and how you made it work? Thanks and great job! :thumb:

    Here's my SB75G2 , I've just added a 3.5 inch bay CF-631 LCD which was imported from Crystalfontz in the US.

    I've also changed the front for a Reflectix one and replaced the ICE fan with a Noiseblocker S3.

    Just a couple of cathodes to add now to get that true blooness :)
