Small Form Factor shuttle remote

just got one of these babies from tekheads
here


first impressions, great bargain, has plenty of buttons that will enable me to lie in bed in the morning, and watch movies, play music etc etc without having to actually move muscles!

but there seems to be a problem, some buttons work fine whilst others dont seem to do n e thing

favourites
volume
enter

those dont seem to be working

any advice??

 

You sure there's not any other software to install?

 

all you get with it is the receiver, the remote and a lil card tellin u wot each button is

no software

suggestions?

 

It seems like there is a list of supported shuttles, anything else is iffy.

those are the buttons that dont seem to do anything

 

Should've got the ATI remote instead which works with radio signals and you can download the software from the ATI site...and its cheaper.

 

yer but its a shuttle remote, im weak when it comes to niche marketing, they just have me on a stick

 

hmmm weird twist; all the buttons started workin last nite, but since then, the volume button hasnt been working


ah well
