    I'm still saving for a A64 skt939 3000+/3200+ 90nm and an Abit AV8.
I've nearly got enough to purchase a 3000+, but i need to keep saving until i have enough for the mobo aswell, and hopefull by then prices will have dropped and i can afford a 3200+ instead of a 3000+ :p.

Run RAID 1, you'll be sorry if one dies and you lose data.

    The upcoming year calls for...

    -Laptop
probably not till the summer but so far it looks like a Centrino paired with a Geforce 6800 GO :D
    -Samsung 170t LCD
-and maybe a socket 478 Shuttle to downsize my 478 based system I have in a huge case

Saving up for a compltely new rig in the middle of next year. Should have around £800 by then, and I already have a good monitor (my 19" baby). I will buy the best I can get for that price!

New case for my HTPC coming very soon! I'm getting one of those Silverstone LC03 cases. Looks good, although not much to mod.

I plan to switch to a laptop this year. My desk system will be broken down and sold. all extra parts also sold. Im tired of loud bulky systems. Even the 1.8 ghz in my silent box hardly ever goes over 50% cpu utilization.

A dorthon cpu would work out just fine for me.

An extra 512 ram. Thats all i need at the moment. Wouldn't mind building a shuttle and water cooling it later in the year though.

I am going to be upgrading my 1GB of ram to 2GB  also I'm going to get a new GFX card probably a X800XT PE :thumb: and also I'm getting a new 17" or 19" flat panel monitor and a new case to stuff it all in. Hopefully I will have all of this by the beginning of March. I also want to mod/build another computer so I will have a portable lan case. :naughty:
