God DAMN! This game r0><0rz

On mission 4 now of the single player, and it's soooo good. Just as much, if not more, senseless violence as the first just makes it so entertaining

Here's a few shots for you peeps:

This guy (the Dr I'm rescuing) just refused to die, despite walking through a field of AKs and being shot in the head, hundreds of times

This is me fave level so far, you're escaping Prague with the Dr and get in a high speed pursuit, of course, you're on the back with a heft machine gun.

if the gameplay is half as good as SoF1 it will rock with those graphics. Is it on the Quake 3 Engine?

that has to be one of the most overused engines now.. falling second place to only halflifes engine... but still nice game... SoF was awsome.. the guns feel nice an chunky and make big loud noises when you shoot.

The sad thing is, the HL engine sucks. I hate running HL dedicated servers (we have ~27 CS servers at Nox Ordo now). They eat soo many resources and soo much cpu time it's not even funny. Not to mention the gfx engine..well...sucks. My biggest qualm with the quake3 engine is the overuse of curved surfaces, creating a cheesey cartoon look to everything in it. It doesn't lend itself well to realism games (can we say CS/DoD?) Oh well, Quake4 is gonna come eventually.
