    I think that's probably the result of some algae growth. Also, you're probably looking for "distilled water" as the term. It's also possible that it's corrosion - is there a mix of aluminum and copper in the loop?

    I'd look into some sort of additive that can kill/prevent aglae. I think a small amount of antifreeze could work, but I'm not really an expert on additives.

    I have a normal radiator, and a dangerden kopper block on my cpu..

    but, there supposed to be something to kill aglae..
