Strange Order Updates - Any help would be appreciated

    Hi there,

    I made an order yesterday, and paid via bank transfer immediatley.

    The status yesterday said: 'In WW importiert'

    and since then, another 3x entries of 'In WW importiert' have appeared on its status.

    Could anyone help me shed some light on what this means for my order?

    Thanks for that. But im not sure why it has been repeated 3 times at different times of the day?

    It doesnt really tell me anything.

    Hi would it be possible to get some help with my query please?

    The item was ordered on the 25th, and no updates have been provided since the 26th (which was just 'In WW importiert' 2 or 3 times.
