    that's awesome. Put the huge gaming rig in the basement and play crysis on 2560x1600 on a pico-ITX. Let's see how people respond to THAT on the next LAN :)

    Xtrafresh, it's okay, as long as you can get the bandwidth & QoS to do it - it's effectively a live MP4 stream - there can't be any buffering, to minimise lag.
    I can't play it at home on the G/F's laptop, bacause it's not really robust enough to go over my shoddy wireless connection.

    Give it a go, and see what 256Kbps MP4 stream looks like - not ideal for FPSes!

    hmmz, didn't realize the limitations in image quality. Still, the concept is good. If they work on the quality and bandwidth issues, it could even be possible to rent a game-PC that's hosted centrally, and never have to upgrade again. :thumb:

    It's cool in concept, but pretty shaky in practice.
