Ok, so I'd just like to know, that what place and what material gives you the best bass sounds.

eg, In the corner surrounded by brick walls...
In the middle of the room...
Just to give you the idea of what I'm asking.

The best place for a sub is generally in the corner of a room, facing into the wall. the material can affect the sound, so it's best to experiment and see which corner gives you the best sound/feel.

depends which way the sub fires, and if it fires down it also depends on the flooring/carpets...

    OK, thanks.

Btw, one thing, does the temperature and space effect the subs effectiviness?

the room size will, temperature wont.

also the layout of the room will.
this will be marginal changes though. as said experiment with it. although you wont notice much if any difference from a less expensive sub in a plastic case.

The 'best' way to test a good place for a sub is to plug in only the sub and play something through it, place the sub in your listening position, and move around the room. Wherever the bass is loudest is a 'node' and probably a good place to put a sub. :)
