    Swimming? No
    Floating? Only for a short period.
    But my guess is he's not going to get it going for a while unless it's a diesel. If he can purge the engine. Then the trick is sorting out the electrical problems afterwards.
    Saltwater and anything with power in it is a bad combination.

    Btw. Is that Jesus behind the wheel?
