OK i'm getting desperate now. THese guys owe me a refund but 3 weeks later i still haven't had it. I've been e-mailing them for 2 weeks and no response. If anyone has some contact details for them it would be much appeciated,a phone number would be best.
There's a telephone contact on their website, ordered loads of stuff from them, not like them at all to cause any problems on a refund :S
Unfortunatly there is no telephone number on their website. I have tried ringing the fax number but its obviously a dedicated fax line.

I e-mailed them about a case, took about 3 days for them to get back so don't expect an instant reply
All sorted Turns out there was some sort of problem with me recieving their e-mails. E.g. they had been e-mailing me but i hadn't been recieving them. Anyway, i was able to speak to nigel who very kindly sorted it out despite it being 11pm
