I just finsihed my computer and I have a Volcano 8 Heatsink and AMD Athon XP 2100+ (all temps in cenigrade) it runs 29 - 33 on idle and 36 - 41 when im playing counter strike or starcraft/warcraft are these temps good?
that's fine (only change something if it become unstable). also motherboard temp sensors are not calibrated, so should only be used for comparison on that motherboard (they are usually pretty acuret though).
if you just finished it... and you used artic silver compound, you can expect your temps to drop 3-4 degrees after a few days
