I try to get down at least 4 times a week, its all good till the pool fills up with old women, god they are so slow.
I broke my leg quite badley about 3 years back so was inactive for close on 10 months . I gained 3 stone ,but started swiming 3 times a week & riding everywhere with very little change in dite and lost all 3 stone in just over 1 year . I still swim and feel as well as I ever did.
That is a great way to lose weight AND save money at the same time. You should be feeling great by now.
