banners arent the problem, thats fine they can have as many asd they want (and no I am not paying for hotmail), the problem that i have is the fact that spammers have next to taken over hotmail and that hotmail has put major restrication on how the account can be used unless you pay for it...but thats my venting. im just mad that theyre taking away options. thats the first rule of something or other dont take away what people have yada yada yada something to that effect.

the worst part is that they fill your inbox with emails that say "running out of space? why not upgrade"

The best email client I've found is Eudora.
The free version is ad supported, but thats hardly a massive problem.

yahoo definitely cut off pop3 access to their servers months ago... hence why i stopped using yahoo, msn i just restrict it to mails from people on my address book (no one) and not even hotmail member service emails get to me... i don't use msn at all anymore, and i rarely check my yahoo account... i always use my school account or my personal account.... 500MB mailboxes own :D

Lycos do pop3 e-mail, t's not the best in the world as it sometimes doesn't always work when you want it to.

The one that annoys me is the "Looking for Love?" popup.. makes you look like a perv if someone sees it on your monitor...
