My Dad is haveing an issue with some PDF files. A website is scanning in bills, then offering a PDF versions of the bills. The problem is the bills are un-readable in PDF form - when talking to the website, they claimed the problem was with adobe reader. They claim that Adobe Reader software does the conversion to a PDF and the problem is with a resolution setting in the Adobe Reader software. Is this true, I always thought Adobe Reader does not convert the file to a PDF? If this is the case, then how could I change the resolution setting to make the PDFs more readable? L J
