Trying to connect BT GAP phones

    I'm trying to find anyone that can tell me whether and, if so, how a BT XD 1000 additional handset and a BT Freestyle 4100 Trio set can be made to interact.

    Both are GAP compatible (they say) but their instructions for registering the handsets differ and I can't find a way to link the new handset to the existing sets.:wallbash:

    Anyone ever faced this problem?
