    Looks possible that Maxwell and the AMD next gen GPU's will avoid 28nm, could skip be 20nm and should be on 16nm then.

    When and which models come first will be based on how long it takes to iron out any mass production bugs it encounters between now and Q1 for the SoC market.

    I'd be surprised if we see either next gen GPU's before end of Q2, but assume that if we do then they won't be 16nm FinFet.
