It looks really really pretty, few questions-

Has it got internet like the PSP? Can I play online against other people in Mario Kart with the DS at stock?

No headphones in the bundle? (Black DS Lite).

    Thanks.

    1) Don't think you can straight off, they are releasing an add on i think

    2) Yes, using WiFi

    3) Never had been with Nintendos stuff

Personally, I want one but can't afford one (driving atm, but will probably stop), but when I get one it'll be MKDS, NSMB, Brain training and maybe Animal Crossing.

Brain Training is pretty fun, managed to get my age down to 20 the other day (huzzah!).

Want to get my hands on Trauma Centre and Phoenix Wright, you can pick em both up from play BTW.

Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow, Meteos, Polarium, Mario 64, Mario Kart, Brain Training, Advance Wars: Dual Strike, Bomberman are all worth looking into.

I couldn't get into Drill spirits that much.

Edit: I'm sure I had headphones with my original chunky Gameboy

Yeah, the original GB was the only one to ship with headphones.

As for internet browsing, the Opera addon will be released at some point, but I wouldn't bother with it if I were you - it's very slow and doesn't support advanced stuff like Flash.

As for games, I recommend; NSMB, Mario Kart, Meteos, Dawn of Sorrow & Animal Crossing. Starfox and Mario Basketball are pretty good too, as is the Mechwarrior game (can't remember it's official name).
Just steer clear of Lego Star Wars though - the DS version is awful!

The new Pokemon games have just been released in Japan too. Apparently, they're very similar to the originals, and are quite large (along with the Mechwarrior game, they're the only ones to hit 1Gbit in size) - which can only be a good thing.

Also, not sure how tech savvy you are, but it's worth looking into Flashcarts and homebrew software. The DS is starting to pick up speed in terms of homebrew and emulation, and the Flashcarts are fairly cheap.
The DS section @ DCemu has more info...

[EDIT2] Bloody hell! The new Pokemon games sold 1,586,360 units in the first 4 days in Japan!

There's a freeware browser for the DS either out now or coming out shortly. I can't remember what it's called but you can find out more DS info from www.dsfanboy.com

I'll second the reccomendations for Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow, and Mario Kart DS. Both AAA titles.

The DS doesn't actually support WPA, only WEP I'm afraid.
