Displays Wall mounting U2711 - removing stand

Hi,

I'm trying to remove the stand on my U2711 to wall mount it but can't find anyway to do it. Anyone ever done it and can shed any light?

Held in by Torx screws on the back of the monitor itself. This picture shows a U2711 with the stand removed...

 

You will as Blogins has said 4 Torx screws. Here is an image of two of them

 

Thanks thought it might be those but wondered if I was missing anything.

 

Be careful when you choose a mounting system. The screen is heavier than most wall mounts will support.

 

All up and fitted now

The bracket has a weight limit for TVs of 40kg so hopefully I'll be alright

 

weird mine uses a latching/push button affair.

Thinking of getting some trunking to mask the wires and want to get some wall mounted speakers too now!

 

I recognise that WASD cluster! Nice set up too btw...

 

I'd be breaking my neck looking up at that.

Just get a couple of small shelves or make your own for your speakers.

 

Thankfully I don't like to be leaning in whilst playing so it works out alright but I can understand where you're coming from.

George, yeah they should look familiar can't wait to get the 350D and put a rig in it though.
