I have a TEC plate, and I wanted to know should i use it on my cpu?

My temps usually range from 59-62f idle and 80-90f load.
I just wanna see how low I can go:p

What's currently on your CPU? And why the hell would you want to ruin that with a TEC? Those things generate far more heat on their opposing face than they can absorb from the CPU, so you'll have to cool that anyway.

What're the specs of the TEC?
