I used stuff off the Internet for a long time then I started making them my self. My recent HL2 WP is self-made because I was sick of all the online ones (only so many collages I can see before its annoying) I posted it here some time back. Its kind of simple but it only took me a few minutes and I don't want anything to outrageous. :D

I used to scrounge the net everynow and then to look for pics but now that I'm doing the photoshop tennis thing I'm finding that I have alot more of my own material, a bit more satisfying I guess. I have a link at home to a great site with alot of pics that i found almost 90% of my 'found' pictures at. I'll probably post it if I remember later.

Me too, used to just rip stuff from the net, but now I design all my own stuff and feel far better for it :D

There's so much decent free stuff on the net now (deviantart thankyou! :D ) that it's not worth me making my own until I'm actually good at it

    Hi,

I am new here and am not sure how to post a screen shot of my desktop. Hopefully someone will be kind enough to let me know. Thanks

Press the PrintScreen button on your keyboard, with exactly the desktop image you want to show up showing (basically, if you want certain things opened or closed, yada yada). Then, open up your favorite photo editing program (even MS Paint works) and simply paste the picture in. Then, you can either resize it and host it (try www.imageshack.us for starters), or you can host it full sized and post a thumbnail picture for people to click on, and see the full sized picture.

Oh, and welcome to the forums :).

    Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I am aware of how to use the print screen functions, What I am unsure about is how to attach the image to my post.
