and within one format i have swapped all of the cards around (motherboard was fryed)....
upgraded a lot,
and had no probs what so ever...
MSI KT7266 Pro
Ati Radeon 64DDR
Realtek 100mbs Network
B2C2 Sky2PC PCI
and lots of usb devices, and it still runs sweet as a button!

ROFL howesey .... I had a brief feeling I was on broadband
looks a little plain hows, where exactly are your icons? the same goes for RTT and cd.
There is an option in XP to hide desktop icons ....
apart from recycle bin which can be removed if you want to remove a key in the registry, or get tweakXP to do it for you
who needs icons!?
I need icons ... I am currently on 140 desktop icons .... thats less than half the screen
i have diabled the clock too
i like icons
i only have a few, but its easy access -- so hey
Everything I do goes on my desktop until I can be bothered to move it somewhere for storage..... mostly images and downloads ....
oh no, all of my counloads go to a folder on c: or else they disappear into oblivion on my 40 Gig, Mp3's same and ima ges go into my picture, com to think of it my computer and its hard drive are much much cleaner than my room.
in windows 2000 right click on the desktop and choose active desktop and uncheck show desktop icons.... mine are all on my taskbar.... when its there... which in that picture its not.... here it is
i just like a clutterless desktop... none of the 140 icon bs just plain old neat looking back drop (can you tell I like Mac OS and Unix?) normally winamp isn't even up... but since others included their winamp to show skins.. i figured why not
Actually mate the hide icons in XP gets rid of em all ..... mmmmmm clean desktop
Its a feature in active desktop, cos I now have an iconless desktop too. I run win2k aswell
