I'd also like a cyberpunk game with the proper feel of a Gibson book. Burn:Cycle had the right feel but the game was far too linear and short

^^^This. or DK1 with new graphics, netcode and mapmaker will do me for eternity.

A remake of settlers 4 with HD graphics and reliable multiplayer

An X-Com that scares the cheesecake out of you like the first time you came across a chrysalid in enemy unknown (though we'll have to see how this years/xenonaughts remake turns out).

A new frontier elite would be amazing.

New streets of rage game, 3d graphics but still side scrolly?

    New turrican game

Decent Marvel Vs Xmen Vs Streetfighter Vs Tekken style fighter.

Your post reminded of the film Westworld. If you haven't seen it you must

Freelancer: Yes, Yes, a million times YES!!

Other considerations: Just more "old school" RPGs. As in Baldur's Gate, KOTOR, etc. These days in either dungeon mashers (torchlight) with endless levels, or hybrids like Mass Effect 3.
