    What is the best memory for Shuttle SN45G v2

    Anybody here could help me on what memory i can get? I do choice Corsair but I dont know what is the best model for 512mb DDR400.

    anybody tell me what is the best model that fits on my Shuttle SN45G v2

    u could check shuttle's ram compatibality list m8 :)
    google for it.

    have used 2x256 Twinmos and am now using 2x512 crucial.
    both seem to be working fine

    I've used some different types in my SN45G before, however I currently use 2 x 512 sticks from Aria - about £22 each - 1 gig for under £50 delivered! Not only that, but it's PC3200 and runs at 200MHz with my XP2500 Barton.

    Any DDR400 should be fine I think. Well, you could use slower, but that's just plain silly.

    Shuttles are pretty damn picky with ram from what i've heard so i'd look at the shuttle ram compatibility list before ending with ram that your shuttle won't work with :p

    Actually the Shuttle SN45G is notoriously picky about what type of RAM is takes, more specifically which brand.

    i'm using mdt brand 2x512 ddr400 cl2.5 in mine, works just fine
