    This is a set of guide lines for, possibly, cold callers, trying to get you to enter a sweepstake. It's a list of what not to say, in case someone doesn't win and tries to sue, saying they were led to believe they had won, yada yada yada...
    As for the insults, I'm surprised the list is so small! :O
