Hi I was wondering what everyone else was running on their system.

I'm running XP2000+ with Volcano 9 with Ducting Mod and I get 52 C on regular usage.

i have been playing with a stock 1800+ system. Tbred core, Coolermaster HAC-V81. This ting runs at about 20 C idle, and 32 C load. The lowest i have had it at is 10 C at idle.

    Very nice.

Those temps just dont seem right bob. Wha did you use to measure them ?

My CPU idles around 40°C going upto 45°C on load

    System temp is around 26-28°C

All measured with MBM so +-10°C :eeek: :hehe:

MaSHim0t0 - Same setup as you (TT Volcano 9 and XP2000) I'm getting 42-44c on average useage and 48c+ on full load. But I'm looking to replace the volcano 9 soon as it's waay too loud,

Barton 2500+ @ 2150mhz (205*10.5) with SLK800 and a smartfanII at about 7vish currently 38-42c idle and 45-48c load. I say currently because the ambient temps change dramatically where my comp is. Last winter with a stock tbird 1.1 and a stock HSF i was getting load temps of 16-20c but ambient temps were often 5-10c.

35 idle, 40 load, but my computer is currently in a desk (read: thick wood insulation) so they're a lot higher than they should be. That's probably MBM being wrong anyway...

    XP1700 @ 2375MHz
35 idle, low 40s under heavy load.
Swiftech MCX-462 and a big delta.

Measured with MBM so give or take a bit.

Do you live in Alaska mighty bob? You'd have to be a room of about 5C to get those temps. :brrr:

Edit: I see you got in your post while I was typing :) Still...your room would have to be pretty damn cold for those temps. I suspect dodgy motherboard readings.

    I got the ANTEC 1040BII with A7V266-C

Two fans in front, two in rear. My Volcano 9 is running at 3/4 speed of 1300-4800

And as i said, I'm getting now
50c on my cpu (XP 2000+)
    26c on MB
    28c on HD

That's just regular IDLE. When playing games my CPU Temp jumpts to 53c

I cleaned up my case (Wires in good position, no dust, etc..)

Are my temps normal? They seem 10c higher than you guys

BTW I never put in thermal paste.... would that help?

haha whoops, i never knew what the paste did, though it was like glue to help hold the cooler :duh:

well put in the paste, thankfully i didn't throw it away. :wallbash:

Anyways at 4800 RPM my idle is going 47c ugh... anyways to lower it more? I'm surpised I'm not getting 43.

I also have the ducting mod... and it aint helping.

Mine runs about 38 to 42 between idle and load. It's an XP 2500 OC'd to 2.4ghz on water. It's a Swiftie MCW5000 block and the CPU's at 1.85v, if anyone's wondering.
