why does my computer do this uber-unhetero image cobobulation thingy?

(why the hell do images display like this?)



I updated the video drivers, tried upgrading to IE6, and it still does this. WHY OH WHY! It's such a pain in the ass when trying to view the project logs!

nuh uh.

It only happens on the computers at work, and at school. Here at home it works fine.
