Windows Windows 7 - Problem Steps Recorder

    Has anyone else used this yet? Looks to be a very handy tool for figuring out what a user's doing to cause a problem.

    For those who haven't seen it, you get the user just to type PSR in the start menu, click "Start Recording" and then once the problem occurs, click "Stop Recording" - it will then save a zip file containing a .mhtml archive containing all the keystrokes/mouse actions the user does, as well as automatic screenshots.

    Obviously it's not gonna help with Disastrous errors like BSODs, but if someone's getting an unexpected result, and absolutely assures you they're doing things in tre right order, you can now prove them liars ;)

    Yes quite handy, i already made a couple of these to explain people how to recreate the quick launch bar and stuff like that.
