Other Windows live/DYNDNS cannot connect?

I reset my CMOS to fix a memory testing problem, which seems to have worked, too soon to say.

However now DYNDNS can no longer connect to the internet to update the DNS server for my website, also Windows Live can no longer connect and so I don't have e-mail or MSN, which isn't a massive problem, however still not ideal and I want to get it fixed. Any idea why this happened.

I still have internet connection as I'm talking to you now.

Have you checked the regular stuff? Windows firewall set to allow, router settings port forwarding for these applications? Recent updates and patches check?
