Windows Windows XP x64 Questions + Opera help

Righty, reinstalled x64 and I have some questions!

1) How do I uninstall netmeeting?

2) "microsoft shared", "system" and "speechengines" - no content and all lower case but these appeared after my installation of windows - can I safely delete them?

3) If I have a statically signed address, do I need DHCP service running?


And now to Opera - well I have a little box that says "google" in it, however I put stuff in, hit enter, nothing happens. The address for "google" is http://www.google.co.uk/ however nothing happens at all. I changed it from it's default, .com, so perhaps this is the issue? I dunno.
