So I got a phone call of my mum today who livedin Cyprus and she said people at her complex want me to set them all up with Internet.

My Mum has the internet coming into here house so could i now go from here Modem to a Hub or a Switch and then Feed every ones home with a Conection from that and at the end of the Network cable have a Wireless rouer or just let them plug it into there PC ?

Would this work am i missing anything ?

I also thought about having the Switch feeding say 4 Wireless routers placed round the Complex and lettimg them connect via the Router.

Wireless is probably the easiest way, and multiple routers would mean you can situate one in various spots around the complex to keep a consistently good wireless signal.

How big is the place? What kind of internet connection does she have there?

It has a ADSL line which we have a Wireless Router Running at the moment. And yes then people can use is round the pool it is probally and 100 Square Metre give or take a few metres.

Am i on the right lines for the Wired Version you would have a router going to a Switch then the Switch going to the Users.

If i was going to have say 5 Wireless ROuters would i still need a switch ?

I'd run wired connections from the router to the access points. Let the dsl router do all the routing, and the access points just bridge the wired network to the wireless.
