well now that we're all talking about our fitness...i do 120 dips a day w/ full bodyweight, and curl 70 lbs - i weigh 145 and can bench 200 about 5 times. o and i got a six pack
I can do 290 8 times if i have an energy bar with a quart of water before... If you do eat energy bars drink a **** load of water...it will most definitely help. I don't have a six pack which i'm glad, i think they look physically deformed, i'm not over weight now fat, i'm just the way i want to be right now.

i expected a thread about wrestling :-(. oh well, as long as we are on the subject.... I wrestle . i also lift, can't do all the stuff the guy who started this *claims* to be able to do. Last night i got 265 on my flat bench press and sunday i got 1,000 on my leg press. not bad considering 11 months ago i got 175 and 500 respectively. I weigh about 155-160 now and will wrestle either 133, 141 or 149, most likely 141.
do a lot of cardio work u need the power in wrestling but if your stamina isn't up to par, you can be taken advantage of
6'3 14" biceps 36 waist got knows what else pretty non musclely really but 100m in sub 12 secs so you wouldn't catch me anyway
