    The older generation Dell Ultrasharp monitors had Composite, S-Video and Component inputs in addition to VGA and DVI. The 2408WFP even had HDMI and Displayport in addition to those! The U2410 removed the S-video port from that mix, and the U2412 removed video inputs entirely.

    If 24" is not the size you want, the Dell model names are s followed by year (e.g. 2408 is a 24" monitor manufactured in 2008) so a 22" manufactured before 2012 would be (for example) U2210.

    I think a external s-video to HDMI adaptor/upscaler might be the simplest and most flexible solution.
