K, so i have a little issue, which might be a n00b problem. I have forgotten which email address i used to sign up for my XBox Live. I have tried mailing the support section on www.xbox.com, but to no avail. Is there any way i can figure out which live account i used? (for the record, i have 2 - i created a second one when i had trouble signing onto an OOOOOOLD one when registering my xbox on live a year and a half ago...) any ideas?
Xbox requires an MSN account, so if you have 2 then a simple test should be to sign into messenger on your PC with 1 of them and then sign into messenger on the 360 (the 360 will use the MSN you created your Live account with). If you used the same account that your logged into the PC with then the PC Messenger should kick you out for signing in on another device. If not then you used the 2nd MSN account for creating your Live account. (try repeating with your 2nd MSN to confirm). This is assuming you know the passwords to log into messenger on the PC for both accounts.
hm. was hoping for an easier way - one that doesn't bill me international charges. Cause here, if you call MS, they reroute Xbox queries to South Africa... 11,-/minute and a bad line Cheesecake... Issue is that i don't know what the other (should there be one) Live email address is... i've only ever used it for signing up with the X360... i guess i COULD go through the process of signing in on the xbox (messenger), and then adding my other one (which i know) which is running on the PC.
Surely you still pay the normal rates, when I phoned MS last they routed me to a callcentre in india with a very poor connection which I promptly put the phone down.

Isn't it in account management on the console? My Xbox > Gamercard (2nd option from the left) > Manage Account > Windows Live ID > says it on the right. This is in NXE. Unless you mean you forgot your original one which you aren't signed in with, in which case I have no idea.
Yeah. I'll try figuring out a way using the Xbox and a PC first... *Sigh* i wish... this is Namibia... telecom is worse than the south african Telkom...
