Windows XPs 'Picture and Fax Viewer' on 2K?

    Is there a way to use Windows XPs 'Picture and Fax Viewer' on Windows 2000?

    I have moved XPs paint.exe over and is functioning fine and now need to do this too. However I believe its not a standalone .exe and uses some DLLs, maybe even tied into rundll32. Anyone know of a way to do this?

    Or alternatively some other 3rd party software that is almost identical? As long as it can quickly flick through pictures using left/right arrows and take up a minimum of screen space with extra pap.
