Right, I have found that it is the second 2x1GB set of my RAM, it happened again once vista was installed and all 4GB was plugged in (I installed it with 2 gig and it works fine on that). So, another RMA to ocuk, the reason it showed up earlier in Vista? Simple, it uses more resources more quickly.
