    @Kayin - It goes into a plastic bottle that goes in the recycle bin. Let the Chinese sort out what to do with it.
    @John - I always torched the stuff and welded with it.
    @I do goggles! Honest! I had to hold up a board to keep the stuff from covering them.

    a side window with the names of the builders would be pretty cool...
    or at least the names painted/etched on the mobo side panel (either on the inside or outside)

    whoever ends up owning this will be very happy because they will be providing support for someone who deserves it.

    I would rather it be kept clean or have something patriotic on it . . .we all get recognition from other ventures I think. lets keep this focus on John

    Yeah, no names, no logos. It would appeal to a wider group of potential buyers that way.

    ...Besides, "cheapskate" is considered an insult in some parts. Imagine *your name -cheapskate, etc. :lol:

    -Milled the copper baseplate the other day. I had a little problem with cuttings building up on the corners. It made the bit dig into the corners and I had to file rough bits out.
    [IMG]
    -The fly cutter pass wasn't what I hoped it would be either. I had to lapp that line out of the middle.
    [IMG]
    -Here's what I have after a lot of 300 grit sanding. A whopping 10.5 ounces of copper.
    [IMG]
    -Next I have to mount it to this sucker, and set up the slitting saw.

    Quite the secrecy here. I've worked on Government projects with more leaks than this.

    Just sayin.

    @John - 1/4" x 3" x 3". The big footprint means more surface area to wet.
    @Furball - Don't sweat it, man. This project is pretty chaotic. There may still be something you can do.
    @rchiileea - You helped, you get thanked.:D

    Cheaps if you're just recycling that I have a great use for it (as glue) here for the project I'm posting tomorrow. I'll show everyone a new use for it.
