    Ok, some news :

    Has I receive the mesh from mnpctech, I make some progress with her :
    Petite avancée :

    creation of a paper template

    ok, I think it's correct, so go on the mesh !

    the paper template is really helpfull to know where I must cut !

    the bend with 3 corners

    and for the round bend, I use an evactuation pipe

    epoxy's gluing

    Ok here is the big up announced yesterday, about the pci slot and the I/O panel

    First the pci slot :

    on the other side of the pci slot, to keep the card in her place I use a little plate

    If the scratches are not too deep you can polish/ buff them out using toothpaste. The abrasive action polishes out the scratches from the old plastic Mac cases.

    I used toothpaste to polish my iBook and it came out nice and shiny and only the deepest scratches remained :thumb:

    Other products such as glass polish or Brasso (metal polish) are also known to work, but perhaps test them on a scrap piece first.

    Thanks for your advices, the products you mention above "glass polish or Brasso ", can I find them in a car shop ?
    I will test this, but yet I'm not sure to really want conserve the original design of the case !

    Will see !
