Windows Steam Civilization V - Gods & Kings painfully sluggish

Greeting all, my apologies if this is the wrong place to post this?

Please look at the below build and tell me should an Intel core i5 OC'd to 4.600hz and a GTX 670 be struggling with this game in single player, it's not the prettiest game I've ever seen but it bringing my PC to it's knees on default video settings?

How much memory to you have ? 4gb or above on your build should be enough to run the game on full settings. Are you using the latest drivers for your gpu?

Samsung Green 8GB overclocked I've tried swapping it with Corsair 8gb ram with no affect.

All latest Nvidia drivers 310.90 installed there is the Beta 314.12 driver available.
