    :D

my dad first told me it had a V6 engine. I was overly exited until I heard there were no manual transmission for the V6 ... 0.o

    I still prefer the 4cylinders+manual over the V6+auto :)

    Lovely mate - I'd agree about a manual gearbox, but a V6 is a tempting proposition... :p

I really need to get some pics of my chariot up... Not looking great atm... (Damn clumsy people in car parks... Big line of silvery paint on the side of it atm, and it needs a new bloody wing mirror... :grr:)

Not had any problems at all, aside from the dealer I bought it from leaving the brake valve open and all the brake fluid leaking out. :wallbash: The seat covers are fine, it seems to only be a problem with a certain production run. Have a look on Briskoda theres loads of info on there!

That's an awesome price for the insurance. There are quite a few insurance companies that started refusing to insure people on a vRS for some reson :grr: My insurance cost me nearly double that when I was 21 with 2 years no claims.

I'm going to check out what the excesses are first because I almost had to claim in my churchill policy last week (someone stole part of my exhaust) but the excess on a theft claim was £500 and the part and labour would have only cost £470). It's with swift cover mate, worth a look :)

Kudos for the black one btw, I'm going to look at two this weekend, one red, one black.

It's a hard choice between the two. Normally I don't like red cars but seeing one in the flesh they do look good. I still think the black tops it though, especially after it's been waxed or polished!

    of course a 200HP V6 would have been great ( :D ) , but it's 20% more in insurance cost

I had an incredibly good deal from the son of my father's co-worker and friend. The car is dropped 3 inches, the brakes are new, the high performance clutch is new, so is the timing belt. It has 17" rims with low profile tires. The car also came with 1 back up low profile tire , a set of 4 new winter tires and the 4 original honda tires with the rims.

    I got the car for 7000$ (!!!!)

The same car but 100% stock should be worth 8000$ according to the Canadian Red book, at least that's the value I had to pay taxes on (724$)

    thanks a lot :D

I can't wait for this summer, driving around while listening to Sublime with the windows down

    !:D

Those 4 cylindres in those hondas are good fun, I've got a 4 door 1999 Accord with the 2.3 litre. sadly it's the auto, but it wasn't my choice. I'll get some pics up after this trip I take.

Cobra is a Carb'ed Rover V8, Mini is a 1275 Turbo at around 150-160bhp, Impreza is just a UK spec 2000 Turbo. :)

Exciting stuff - I'll bet that mini goes like greased **** off a hot shovel. Carbed Rover V8 n'all, I bet that sounds absolutely brilliant with those big cobra tubes. :D

Nothing fancy at all, but it took me a lot of time and effort to save up for my first car, 98 Nissan Altima SE.

Bought it just before new year, and in two months already did 2400 miles =\ I hope it lasts with so much usage.
Anyways I'll take a better picture when the weather is nice.
