Was just kidding with you :)
Although it would be cool... 2 computer performance.. 1 system, 2x SLI (3 card on each board, SLI'ed). Anyway,

    How about the Gigabyte G1.Assasin
    http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3752#ov
    - 3 way SLI just like you like it.
    - built-in dedicated sound card for more CPU power, and better sound
    - excellent built-in network card
    - 16 power phase for great stability
    - 2oz copper, high quality solid capacitors, ferrite core cholkes for high durability under intense condition and overclock.
    - Dual BIOS, so that if a BIOS update fails, your board isn't at the garbage.

Oh, and Gigabyte has better warranty service than ASUS.. let me rephrase that. Gigabyte HAS a warranty service, unlike ASUS. hmmm yea much better put. ASUS, impolite on the phone, hangs up on difficult questions, take a month at best to replace the board, and what do you get? someone else super dusty board that is also broken.. just somewhere else. Too cheap to remove the dust.

Then again, it seams you like changing your board every 2 weeks, so what do you care, right :D j/k

Ha sorry Goodbytes, I thought you might be joking, but wasn't sure, it's so hard to tell with just text.

Thanks for the info about the Asus warranty service. I did look at the g1 series unfortunatley at £450 or something the assassin is WAY out my price range, I did look at the two cheaper versions of the g1 the sniper for £370 and the Guerilla for £290 which is in my price range, can you see any difference between the sniper and the guerilla? As I'm struggling especially for £80 more.

Unfortunatley though unless I water cool all 3 cards when I get them, I would have no internet as I need a pcie x1 slot free for my crappy wireless :waah:

Ummm yeah maybe then end of april I'll change whatever I buy back to a sabertooth for the hell of it ;D

The G1.Sniper compared to the G1.Guerilla

    • G1.Guerrilla has no dedicated sound card. It uses a RealTek onboard sound card, and uses software from Creative to simulate EAX. (useless... onboard sound card all the way, or go all in with a dedicated sound card). Of course, the embedded X-Fi chip on the Sniper model isn't superb... it looks like to be a low end sound card, but still better than onBoard.

£80 is a hell of a premium just for an integrated sound card. Surely the difference from the Realtek audio to the X-Fi chip isn't worth the money and the difference in quality won't be all that noticable, if at all

Used both and out of the two the big bang is by far the most consistent.

    That gets my vote.
