After playing one or two games in a server with you, i can understand how you get such a high level so quick, Your practically always within the top 3 players in the server :O I can sometimes make it to 1st on the team within the first stage of metro by sniping, but then when i have to swap to shotgun in the tunnels i fail ;D

 

i will also challenge myself to hit the MAV before BETA ends

its easy to rank up. its not easy to rank up Recon. thanks to my trusted UMP though, its a little easier.

 

At what rank do you acquire UMP, ive got all the kit for my pp2000 and i fancy using the UMP with recon class as i enjoy using the spawner. Gets me back into action quicker.

 

Lvl 16 for UMP. and I have to say, it is awesome.

I don't play on a set server, but when i see a ZiiPster playing, I join them and the rest follow.

I'll be on this evening if others want to join us. We kind of infect servers like a cancer. We start with one or two and slowly take over

I have sent a couple of friend requests out, also ordered a cheap mic for voice chat, just need to know what is used and server details etc if there is one.

 

I prefer this, but I normally end up squadding with randoms in BF. It annoys me more than anything to have people jumping in and out of my squad throughout the game.

This way I sometimes get squadded with great players, and other times 3 boring recon fools. At least it's not one moron followed by a new moron, and so on until the end of the game.


That's right, I'm a squad nazi, and today the nazis win.

They'll change it if enough people moan, maybe. I will be counter-moaning, though.

Clarification from Dice that the client build we're playing on is over a month old and that the reason for the beta is to stress-test the servers and back-end systems.

killing machine, highest awarded and best recon is me. could have used support to get more ammo (less death, more UMP awesomesauce) but wanted MAV so played recon instead.

 

DAO-12 + Slugs + ACOG = fun in park area

Thankfully, they have nerfed slugs. They are not the retarded insta-kill, no drop, perfect accuracy nonsense that they are in BC2. There is massive drop beyond 100m and accuracy is poor at extreme ranges. However, a chest shot WILL kill. Good fun and great for stopping a push

 

Have they nerfed the UMP? That gun's broken.

 

I played last night as a medic (I've only played as recon before). 23-2 in the first game...

Now I have to admit too that they killed the recon class. Just with the basic weapons of medic class I can make such a difference... BTW, single shot AK is a beast.

 

what are you talking about? that gun is awesome, im sure i'd be nerfed in final release. but at the moment, it's my new VSS

 

Me too i have to hand in the first version in november for my PhD!

I got the AEK yesterday and man this weapon rocks, the underbarrel tube is really cool and effective in the tunnels of the metró and its a very precise weapon. Perhaps the AN will be even better. Currently i´m looking forward to get the Dao and P90. The UMP is not my fav but together with recon or engineer it rocks. There are better weapons for support and assault in my opinion.
