Photos Long exposure airplane photography

The photographs really are great, I should learn how to use my camera properly!

i did , nice find . how long do you think the exposure was to take them ? we have an air post 10 miles down the road , i would love to give this a try .

I'd guess they have to be stacked images? I can't see how he wouldn't blow out the background and leave the trails on the ones with multiple take-offs, if you have a look at the star trails they look like they've got gaps too?
