It all seems so simple once you get older. It's staying in the relationship after years have passed and you've become a farting, stinking old wreck that becomes the challenge :hehe:

In other, sadder news, my oldest cat appears to have acute renal failure :(

    He's 22 so he's had a great innings but it's still gutting.

    Wow.

22 years for a cat IS amazing. Does he live with you now then?

You're right about relationships though. You get to a point where if it's worth too much hassle for someone to take you as you are, then you're wasting your energy.

If you haven't asked her out by the end of the day then you are definitely doing it wrong.

I texted her asking how her day has been and that, just something to get conversation flowing i invited her out the weekend after next already to watch live music with my friend and that.

Its just if she ends up coming (like she said she would) its a long time to keep her interested before i have the opportunity to seal the deal so to speak

As i said shes on her way back from somewhere so shes probably busy with friends from Uni around the area she has been staying with them

Seriously dude.... you have invited her to a gig with a friend which isn't anything like a date and is too far away.

Ask her out for a drink either this week or weekend.

Why do i keep posting in here! STOP IT *slaps hand*

Thats what im saying ... kinda... besides she offered for me to stay at her friends if we couldn't get back the same night (me and her) assuming there was no room in the car i would just drive it
It was more an invitation for us to go see live music together when the opportunity came up, we weren't planning to hang round with my friend as he had people he was going with it was just convenience with the transport.

I'll invite her out to do something this week/weekend

and thats the end of it! I'll... maybe have nothing more... probably to say on the matter...

Stop posting, stop touching yourself, get out there and interfere with someone's sausage wallet. STAT.

No matter how much I think I can handle it, you continue to shock me out of the blue.

    Damn you, Nick.

Bro, I am sorry for your loss. My cat has been gone for many years and sadly she went away during a fateful week my sister decided to throw a party and I was also away.

I miss her every day! My cat not my sister....

Thanks lads, it was his time. Still got two 14 year old ginger brothers to keep us all company, so it's not all bad.

Got told tonight family are selling up and moving house the sign will be up tommorow, i'm still invited to live with them but i feel this is probably the time i should be moving out its kinda tough though i have been in the same house all 20 years of my life.

Its a honest invitation but part of me feels they would probably rather have me and my sister gone so they have the extra room, even though they will be moving into something dramatically smaller.

Im super protective over my stuff and i know im going to end up in some grotty run down flat with drug addicts so i'll probably end up leaving most of my valueables with them if i decide to make a move.

Thats if i can afford it

Few decisions need to be made and quickly

Also £15 left in my account! i might be lucky and survive but if im going out weekend after next and i would really love to have more than the entrance fee with me..

Going through a pile of memory modules. Total at the moment is 130 modules, that would be only maybe half of it.

Edit: there's 2-3 dozen more in desk drawer + three Radeon 9700Pros. ...thehell?

    Edit2: 199 modules, 50-60 to go.

Edit3: 250 memory modules. Finally its done.
