It's my boy's birthday today, he's amazing at times, at times I want to kill him Homer/Bart style, but he's my kid.

I was playing Reach with some new XBL friends last night, most from South Carolina - a husband & wife, another couple who are their friends and another couple of guys, and halfway through one of the games I land an overkill with the sniper rifle (that's 4 kills within 4 seconds of each other) and say on the mic "hah, sniper overkill". One of the girls, Kay, reacts to that by saying "I know Unicorn, we've played against you before, you're ridiculous with the sniper" Haha, it's nice to have your talents noticed once in a while

 

My friends eventually stopped playing Halo with me because I was just such a dick with the sniper rifle. At two shots per kill in such a slow motion game it's amazing how sstupid things can get with it in some skilled hands.

Ironically the rare (which probably because I'm mediocre at best, with the occasional streak of pure awesome) occasions people every praise me on my skill is generally when I'm not doing too well.
