They just sent me this bad boy on the right to replace my G500 that was acting up.

The paint job is a bit more gamerish than what I'd typically buy, but the hydrophobic surface is actually pretty exciting.

Apparently. They were also super easy to deal with, no fuss at all. I've heard nothing but good things about Logitech's support on here. I didn't expect their coverage in my area to be up to the same standards but I was pleasantly surprised.

Logitech has one of the best, or the best RMA/Warranty service.
What Logitech sucks like no tomorrow is their drivers. Horrible! But the guys that did SetPoint 5 drivers, did a decent job, much like SetPoint 4 (although limited in options). SetPoint 6, the last version is horrible. So many issues, it's not even funny.

They sent me a G27 after my G25 packed up. Was spot on tbh and very quick at sorting it too.

Currently going through the RMA process with them, they've asked me to get into contact with the original seller of the mouse. I'll see how that goes!

Logitech have by far the best tech support Ive had had an experience of.
I snapped the leg of my keyboard accidentally, I even admitted it was my fault. to my surprise they sent me a new keyboard, which was a model higher than mine, delivered free and got to keep my old keyboard which was still fully functional bar the leg.

I'm also a big fan of logitech. They've replaced mice easily and even if its out of warranty I was offered a discount code off a related product from the logitech site (but the logitech store is really expensive...). Still though you cfan always bet that if your product breaks within normal use they'll just replace it which is great.

First time I've ever heard of a logitech device going wrong.

That alone must be worth something.

Their only shortcoming is a lack of Linux support/drivers.
