Multi Latest Steam & General Gaming Bargains: Read first post!

I did something I said I would stop doing and pre-ordered a game. Steam are doing Borderlands: Pre-Sequel for £25.99 and I thought what the hell.

 

Personally I don't intend to buy it until a GOTY edition is released (usually about a year later) - It's hard enough to get people organized for co-op without adding the additional problem of dlc fragmentation.

 

Dishonored back down again on Steam...must be a steal at this price £2.49

I've completely stopped preordering anything except 1 or 2 games I know I want on release day, namely Civilization: Beyond Earth. I might get Borderlands closer to release date, but might wait a while like Viper.


Still pissed they didn't make a sequel where Tina was a playable character.

I don't think she'd be as funny as a playable character tbh.

 

Well if not a playable character then an NPC with a much greater plot influence

 

Keep in mind, as I'm finding is often the case, this game that's been reduced to a low price is currently 'free' elsewhere, this time on Xbox 360. Keep in mind that's free for anyone with Xbox Live Gold...

or anyone who knows someone on Gold who'll let them borrow their account for a few minutes...

Overlord for 87p.

I missed getting to play this back in the day. Thought I'd give it a whirl. What a fun game!

 

It's real fun at first, but after a few hours it degrades into a puzzle game which is disappointing.

 

Humble Store is giving away Warlock: Master of the Arcane as well as having an end of summer sale.
